Here is an updated copy of the protocol for coaching clinics. I put some check points in there to make sure we know clubs are covering things. I’m going to recruit registrars assistance, also. Bottom line –they have to send a copy of the clinic roster to me within 48 hours –then I will send release to Rich to credit club for clinic.

In accordance with STYSA and BAYSA rules any player/coach receiving a "send off" (Red Card) or three
yellow cards which is 9 penalty points (cumulative total) must sit out the next sanctioned match. Any
player/coach receiving 18 penalty points (cumulative total) must sit out the next two sanctioned matches, 24
points (cumulative total) must sit out the next three sanctioned matches, 30 points (cumulative total) must
sit out the next 4 sanctioned matches. The match must actually be played—a suspension cannot be served
in a forfeited game.
