Here is an updated copy of the protocol for coaching clinics. I put some check points in there to make sure we know clubs are covering things. I’m going to recruit registrars assistance, also. Bottom line –they have to send a copy of the clinic roster to me within 48 hours –then I will send release to Rich to credit club for clinic.

Attached are nomination forms for BAYSA coachs, volunteer and referee of the year. Please submit the form and any documentation for the awards to me by March 15, 2010. Recipients of the BAYSA awards will be submitted to STYSA for their annual awards that will be presented in July.
